Yesterday was amazing. I got to spend the whole day with an old friend. Mister Dave Wakeling. Yes, Dave the frontman of the legendary English Beat. Dave is one of the coolest cats I’ve ever had the privilege of being friends with. He’s a living legend and he might be one of the most humble humans I’ve met. He’s played to thousands for 30 years and with some of the biggest groups of the 80s. He still plays shows often and sounds great! He invited me to join him to watch Sting, tom petty and the beat play SF on weds night. It was amazing. Cheers mate. And a huge thanks to my dear friend Candy who introduced me to Dave -corey
